"I've worked for CaptionCall for a year now. The service we offer our customers can't be beaten. CaptionCall has been very proactive to change and adapt to the needs of the business due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The company takes good care of its employees. There are bonuses and random drawings and contests. They also periodically put free snacks and treats in the breakroom as an appreciation to the Agents working in the center."
