"This is a place good for starting engineers. The training both theoretical and hands-on is what makes the company really welcome people who are willing to learn the foundations for a career. I would say that the culture has significantly improved since I have first started especially since new management. Though they may have kept me, they changed those that I had worked with, so I figured that I should be more open to working with new people, possibly new places, and explore what is out there for myself."
