"I worked for Capital Industrial twice in the last year. Both times were decent overall. A small, 40-year-old family business with a strong footprint in Western Canada. The team is the highlight for sure and the benefits were terrific. Leadership is currently making shifts to move ownership to new investors so the opportunity became limited towards the end of 2019."
