3 I worked for Capital Industrial twice in the last year. Both times were decent overall. A small, 40-year-old family business with a strong footprint in Western Canada. The team is the highlight for sure and the benefits were terrific. Leadership is currently making shifts to move ownership to new investors so the opportunity became limited towards the end of 2019.

4 A great small company in transition to becoming a much larger company. The company is currently undergoing some growing pains as it grows to meet its vision. Project numbers have grown tremendously to the detriment of employees. Current work loads demand 55+ hours a week for all. Great benefits.
