"I have worked for Capital Express for a few year. While their business is good they are very top heavy. I believe that this is their biggest issue. Manager's are virtually a overpaid warehouse employee. They are not allowed to make any changes or manage without approval from the CEO. They have a structure that does not work and needs to be fixed. They do offer benefits, the hours are not killer as they do not have you working 60+."
