"Hopefully, the ownership has picked up their pieces after the shutdown and mass layoffs. Not sure of their direction at this point, but it is fair to say that you will be worked way beyond your ability and your station. You handle it or you don't but be prepared to stand up for yourself at every turn...for fair pay, for a safe work environment, and for equality. Ownership doesn't understand much of this: it WILL be up to you to continue to make those changes happen."
