"Benefits are good, employee provides health insurances at no cost for the employee. However, cost to add family members becomes very expensive. Company has minimal training which is a pit fall, and they expect top performance. And the pay for the field is very minimal in contrast to many other similar companies. Other employees tend to believe they're above others in the company creating a bit of hostility at some points."
