"A company where you'll be expected to always work overtime, go to work on weekends and holidays but doesn't even appreciate is employees. I'm not a whiner. However, working here makes me feel like I'm being abused. Rendering overtime from time to time is okay with me but requiring it almost everyday is another story. Also, a little recognition and appreciation for employee's efforts and extra work would go a long way. We probably won't dread having to work longer hours if we know that the company care for us."
