"The company doesn't offer much in terms of growth. You have to complete mandatory training that doesn't teach you anything or make you more eligible for better pay or promotion. They don't have a very rigorous interview process, so there were a lot of turnovers."

"The position I hold offers variety in day-to-day tasks and overall operations in the office space. We are paid generally below average, but it is currently trending this way in general. I had two family emergencies this year and there was a lack of support from the HR department. I did not receive a prompt reply to communication attempts via phone, email, or through my manager. When I did receive a reply five days later, it was only an email with a quote from the handbook.... When I had supplied the pages and quotes from the handbook I was unclear about... Then they never reached out to see if I had any additional questions or confirmed I had received their email. They also said there is nothing else they can do and I need to show up to work. There was little human involvement and I felt like a lost cog in a machine rather than an appreciated human employee. HR continues to be a terrible department and I never want to reach out. General regional management does not make me feel appreciated and there is a complete lack of support by others besides my direct Site Manager."
