"I've work for Cannistraro since Late 2018. It's a bittersweet place to work. The people can be great conversationalist and excellent friends... however, we are plagued with mediocrity when it comes to business. Many managers shouldn't be managers and have their positions based on seniority/who they know. Moving up is difficult as there's a glass ceiling put in place."
