"The challenge to finish work on time, be quick and accurate at the same time, multi-task, work with a great team, and keep smiling at the end of each day ! And wanting to rush back to work the next day to continue the above routine !! Never a dull moment at this bank."

"All bank interviews in India are the result of passing a national- level exam with highest points. As with all interviews, confidence is the key but definitely not over-confidence."

What don't you like about working at Canara Bank?

"I liked everything about this bank. Month-ends and first weeks were the craziest with huge crowds gathering in the lobby. I used to get intimidated when I was new but soon learned that a smile and loads of patience can conquer all situations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was always around to help us and that made our job easier to handle."
