"This company has had a shrinking client base for years, has made changes and compressions to try and cope, this made matters worse by affecting service, the cornerstone of any water and coffee service if you ask me, it very unfortunate, that more willingness to more customers to filtration is seen as a loss, when in fact all will be lost when someone else shows them the savings such systems bring"
