"40 campuses across Canada, with around 1500 staff and 15000 students. Vcad, CDI, VCC, Reeves, etc. Big company, bad decisions. Company owner was trying to sell company 3 times for that year. Big bosses don't worry about employees. Salary was not raised up for last 2-3 years."
