"Camping World is a company that has a lot of great coworkers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but things can change on a dime. The company has an issue with communication and delegating responsibility. Often people will moved to different departments/businesses without notification to others who would need to know. Also it is poorly communicated when someone else is let go. It is not uncommon that if you need to reach out to a coworker that you infrequently are involved with, that you might need to ask around to see if they are still with the company."
