What do you like about working at Camp Sonshine?

"Prepare to work very hard outside with bugs and kids that need a firm yet gentle hand ^_^"

What don't you like about working at Camp Sonshine?

"The pay for the amount of work and hours put in was awful ^_^ For about 3 months of work with 10-14-16hrs days and sometimes 29hrs days of work I believe I was closely paid $2000 for that entire summer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was great actually. There were great people to work with across the board during those working conditions. The organization had limited funds and personell to deal with, I think, over 5000 children each day. We all made due with what we were capable."
