"I enjoyed the fast paced environment and having constant, multiple deadlines. I liked the construction industry and the wide variety of job responsibilities that I had at Camden. I was able to work in the office most of the time, but occasionally traveled to job sites to train new job site secretaries, which I enjoyed."

"If you can't meet a deadline, don't bother interviewing."

What don't you like about working at Camden Property Trust?

"Camden was based in Texas, which has a much lower cost of living than California so we faced constant challenges in budgeting everything from construction expenses to salary increases because of this huge difference."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more people like me. Employ people who are hard working and straight forward, who have the company's best interest in mind."
