"I had the opportunity to liquidate material when a customer defaulted on their commitment but I was not aware that I had that kind of authority and the company had to take a bigger loss in order to liquidate."

"As stated in the one liner above, the environment at Cambridge was very negative stemming from management attitudes. There was no sense of teamwork and no willingness to help employees maintain balance. In a staff meeting with my superiors, the line-level employees were referred to as stupid by the VP."

"1. Follow the #1 rule of supervision - praise in public, criticize in private. 2. Show appreciation for your employees and it will come back to you 10-fold."
