"It is a very difficult place to get things done. The management has little concept of how much time it takes to design software."

What don't you like about working at Calypso Technology?

"Calypso is a software package developed by different teams for different banks hung on one menu system. This disjoint effort makes working on different parts of the software like working on different software packages. There is very little internal documentation. The code base is disjoint and skilled engineers only stay for a short period of time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove the current management and replace with a skilled set of dedicated managers that will homogenize the software into a common code base with appropriate designs and plans for software maintenance."
