"Please note-I was laid-off because CalPortland Cement Colton downsized. To answer your question, it was the challenge of working on varied projects."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Wait until the national financial crisis is over and cement manufacturing picks up. To the best of my knowledge CalPortland will not be ready to accept new employees for at least a year."
