What do you like about working at CallStreet?

"The only thing that is keeping me at this company are the benefits. Otherwise if we were not in a recession I would seek employment elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at CallStreet?

"The turnover rate in my particular group is devastating. Also there is little to no diversity in my group. The salary/compensation is unacceptable considering th4e demands that are required to be met. I would not recommend this employer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase growth opportunities along with salary. Hire diverse candidates. Eliminate or improve turnover ratio."
