"Say that you love cold calling and admitting students into school. Don't be too driven."

"Work is too easy and is not challenging. The leadership structure needs attention, but it is a new school and they are working out the problems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To the CEO I would say to take a look at who is running the business and make sure they are qualified and working hard everyday to make the school a place that students will want to attend and employees would want to work."
