"Do not work in psychiatry."

What don't you like about working at California Hospital Medical Center?

"I worked in Psychiatry. One manager in particular had psychiatric issues of her own and badgered staff to the point of leaving CHMC. It was next to impossible to transfer out of psychiatry due to mamority of staff on written warning. I cannot believe CHMC allowed this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire a certain manager in psychiatry. I worked at CHMC for 15 years and had many good managers. Psychiatry was by far the worst experience I had at CHMC resulting in me leaving CHMC."
