"I've worked for California Business Bank since 2020. There are 12 employees within the company & one branch which is located in Irvine, CA. The amount of knowledge and skill sets that I have learned from my supervisors has been miraculous. Overall, California Business Bank had a young, strong team to develop the company and broke profit for the first time in 15 years. However, employees were not compensated fairly and it caused huge turnover within the company; therefore, causing heavy workload for other employees. Overall, the lifestyle of the workplace environment was not healthy."
