What do you like about working at CALIBRE Systems?
"I appreciate the teamwork and the expertise in a variety of complex areas demonstrated by my colleagues. The company encourages individual entrepreneurship which is unusual, including funding projects for start-ups by employees. The ESOP structure of the company means that it is employee owned thus providing financial incentives for top performance. The leadership team is fairly consistent in its overall direction and guidance for the company, perhaps erring on the side of caution to generate the maximum amount of profits--but can't argue with that! Also, the benefits package and the flexibility of schedules makes it a really solid place to work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be creative and open to ideas. Try to fit into the core management areas at first before branching out, but remember to expand your wings!"

"There are fewer advancement opportunities than I expected, and the breadth and depth of my services has been limited."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Good teamwork--perhaps initiating more initiatives in expanding their work overseas to be more competitive internationally. A business plan for overseas development would be a necessary tool in this undertaking."
