"I've worked for HCL since September 2019. The company is a mess. CEO does not know how to run the company. No room to grow in the company, the moment you're hired for a position, you're pretty much staying in that position forever. Not to mention the turn-over rate is pretty high for a company like this. They fire people almost every couple of months and hire new people to fill in that same position."
