"I've worked for HCL since September 2019. The company is a mess. CEO does not know how to run the company. No room to grow in the company, the moment you're hired for a position, you're pretty much staying in that position forever. Not to mention the turn-over rate is pretty high for a company like this. They fire people almost every couple of months and hire new people to fill in that same position."

"My boss, the owner and his officers would make promises and never delivered."

"I would suggest to management that they recognized and compensate their most talented employees or else they will loose the interest to perform at their best."
