"I’ve worked for Caliber Home Loans for the past 3 years. Two of which as a 100% remote employee. Thus is what I love the most about the job. My co-workers have always been very helpful. No formal training. Pay could be much better. Ability to improve and grow could be much better for those that desire. My past Manager has always been supportive."

"This company has a software being used that is extremely slow, they push back borrowers closing dates, The benefits are good although deductible is over 7k for mother and children and 10k for a family plan. The management is unprofessional and lacking in keeping up with LO requests. They have lost many loan officers this year alone. Think hard before you jump."
