"I have worked for Calfrac Well Services since 2011. They have given me the opportunity to grow in my career. I have expanded from being a Lab technician to a Lead Field Engineer. I have learned a lot about traveling the country and seeing how different basins work."

"I thought that the company was up and coming with the ability to compete in an emerging market. I tried to assist it but it is not ready for that responsibility."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go to CalFrac if you feel that the pay is worth while. My suggestion is to avoid the place altogether. The management and marketing strategy coupled with sub par equipment and poor training may cause you a severe head ache. Companies with proven service equipment training and achievements should be first line choices for one looking to progress in Oilfield services."
What don't you like about working at Calfrac Well Services?
"I thought that the company was up and coming with the ability to compete in an emerging market. However, the training and management personnel they have are not ready for that challenge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the good old boy culture. Work at training. Make safety a priority company wide. Get qualified managers, not operators acting in department head management capacity."
