CNC Machinist

"Honestly, they think my deafness is dumb. No! It is just unique completely! They can’t just put me to operate cnc machine the rest of my life. I want to move up the level becoming a cnc programmer, skip manufacturing supervisor for sure, production manager, plant manager, operations director, CEO, and the president of USA! I want them to be aware that deaf can lead the people. We the Deaf people! We want our full accessibility."
