"I have worked for CalDigit for one year now and one of my favorite aspects of this company is the way the treat everyone like family. Once you prove yourself during the probation period (3 months) they give you a great amount of trust and allow you to work without feeling like being babysat. Being a smaller company you have the opportunity to wear multiple hats on any specific day. The only downside I would say is that being such a small company, there is not much room for growth."
