"its a good entry level company... Dont count on a raise they dont give them. They dont give bonuses..... They new sales manager is inexperianced and often gives wrong advise......"

"the lack of tools to complete my job. The fact that there were many times that I was not paid on time, Commision not paid on time or my expenses not reimburst for months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get on the ball...... There is alot of compition out there. Your sales reps need the correct tools to get the job done. They shouldnt have to spend a week in the office printing there own samples. You may think this is saving you money but your wrong. Your taking away time that your reps could be out there SELLING.... Which after all is there job."
