"The community is great butut this is a small school with big problems. There's very little oversight when things go wrong. Management is loathe to confront issues that are brought up. The bad actors on staff can get away with very unprofessional behavior, unchecked. 99% of the people who work here are outstanding. If you happen to work with the 1% that aren't, Lord help you."

"The only thing I don't like about working here is that I'm a temp, which is to say that I'd love to work here full time on a permanent basis if there were the right position available."

"I would do very little differently, but mostly I would form a committee of students who work collaboratively with the dean's office to improve the programs we offer by giving direct and constructive feedback."
