"Being hired as an IC is how you start out - not great, but not bad. This puts you in a horrific bind on taxes as Caiman is taking about 50% of your pay to cover their FTE's costs for those whom may be "On the Bench" or to fund the yearly FTE Trip to Hawaii. Good teams and very solid and skilled PM's from whom you can learn a great deal, however and I'd recommend it if you need a very solid place to work and grow your PM Skills."
