"Worked for CAI Safety Systems from 2010 to 2015. My rating of 3 stars is due to a lack of appreciation for creating new products and increasing their profits by over 40%. The other I did not receive one raise the entire time I worked there. The relationship with my supervisor was good. He had some ideas then I would design that entire system then get our structural engineer to approve and stamp all of the draws good for fabrication. ONT their website the show several of my personal designed overhead systems. If painted safety yellow with aluminum trusses or cable between “T” or “L” posts I created all of them. On all the projects I worked on for customers. I would work from conception to design to creating all shop drawings the ordering of all materials and hardware required. Then be the on-site manager to ensure all systems were it stalled as codes required. Some of the installation management was down at my desk. I could always resolve any issue with the installation. I knew their system inside out. Not getting any recognition for that made the job unfulfilling."
