"Friendly people. My boss was great. I also learned a lot about design and manufacturing."

"No real cons. Pay was a bit low. It was a small operation at the time. It's grown quite a bit."

"It was a challenging job that allowed myself to grow in that field and to become more proficient in CAD."

"They are a straitlaced company that demand perfection. They are dealing with your security and with that comes much respect"

"It was an intern position. I never really had any serious complaints with working there."

"None, they did what they needed to do, as an intern my position didn't carry much weight."

"There was to much turn over in the design drafting people. Lots were not happy with the way the company was ran. No benifits for cad people until a year of service. What if you get hurt on the job"

"Give everyone a change to work and don't put people with no experience over people with 20 to 30 years of service in engineering."

"It was a job out of college in the middle of a recession. It was purely a growth postion."

"The customers that wanted security systems. Actors Actresses, Banks, Law Firms, Jewlery District, etc. Very Exciting for a a young person to be involved with."

"It was a big family in the main office. We all got along great. Family came first."

"They would over load their employs with so much work that they could not get it all done, on time. When you went to your manager to ask for help, they would tell you that help was coming and never showed after six months."

"listen to your employs and other managers"
