"Ther should be socialization benefits like sportsfest etc. to hav ea good working atmosphere."

What do you like about working at Tivoli Software?
"I like engineering, so I enjoyed my drafting duties. I enjoyed my co-workers and the people in the factory were very helpful."

"Unless you enjoy a cut-throat, back-stabbing environment, don't even think about it."
What don't you like about working at Tivoli Software?
"The management. They don't really know what they are doing as far as math and science go. So it was pretty depressing to try to improve the systems there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. They have a method to their madness. By disposing of employees as soon as they start to get raises, you cut labor costs. Clever."

"Advancement not possible - office area too warm in summertime and factor manager too tight."

"Open the door - loosen the purse strings where professional people will stay."

"The cons of the company was the difficulty of getting a response in issues with work flow."

"I would suggest that management create a work flow that works best and stick to that work flow."

"Nothing. I dread coming to work everyday. There is now growth what so ever. Company owners lie and talk different languages when me or the other employee is around. Over worked. Not taken seriously as a proffesional. I wouldn't recommend this place to do business with."

"Yes, don't apply here. I was tricked into working with this company. Telling me that my low salary would be temporary and if I worked hard that more money would be available. That was a lie. I haven't seen a raise in about 3 years. Honest to god."
What don't you like about working at Amarr Studios?
"Everything. No raises. Stressful environment. Overworked. No room for growth. Older programs. Slow systems. Bootlegged programs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give us raises instead of cutting salaries and hours. If u expect all the work to be done in a timely manner then be fair and give us our share."

"Look for the savings - save 2/3 of the paycheck, do not spend more than $350.00 a week, and be prepared for the unemployment benefits."
