"What did I like as Cable&Wireless now out of biz in the Americas. Fantastic comaraderie, everyone was equal, open communications, unlimited opportunity to move around company, earned compensation and benefits, fun, exciting"

"No need to ask this question as both DI and C&W are gone the way of the covered wagon! Kaput! C&W had tremendous liabilities and sold out, moved out of the Americas period!"

"That Digital Island was bought out by the worst suitor every imaginable."

"Well, DI became C&W...C&W mgmt was less open for communication, less advancement, less opportunity for open communication, strict regarding open door policies..."

"I learned more at C&W than in any class I ever took. It was a great learning enviroment and if it broke on the global backbone (163 countries) we fixed it no matter what it was. Very demanding and challanging. Lots of great Engineers that I still stay in touch with."
