"It's a good company to start out entry level and get experience first if you are struggling to find jobs elsewhere. Once you get at least a couple of months experience, I suggest you try looking for jobs elsewhere and see if you can get higher pay. Or move on and get a certification in your field, with the hours accumulated. That's the main downside to the company: they pay below the industry average for whatever position you hold within this company, especially for the crazy amount of stressful work you'll endure most days. It will get to you after a while. On the positive side, really awesome HR manager, really friendly, cares about everyone, and she wants you to be happy. All the department managers are also equally just as awesome."
"DANGER Will Robinson!"
