"Dishonest with employees and clients. Placed blame rather than taking responsibilities. Had unrealistic expectations based on dramatic lack of knowledge and experience. Actions did not represent the morals of a company I want to be a part of."

"Have several years of experience in this business and don't count on any team work."

What don't you like about working at Community Association Partners?

"Everyone there seemed to have their own agenda and focused mainly upon whatever that was. There was one team member who was supportive and helpful but the people in positions above both of us would contradict what I was told by that person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would provide training for employees when necessary. I would be consistent with procedures and I would brainstorm with my employees on how the team could improve. I would be honest with my employees rather than ignore them and complain to other team members about them. I would keep my personal opinions to myself."
