"Cons - Extremely hostile environment created by the owner/CEO who seems kind during the initial interview, but completely change personality in 2 days. He owes the IRS nearly $500K, has changed at least 8 corps. at the same address 7 times since 2009. Yelling, screaming, cursing, hints of discrimination against certain ethnics, lack of HR, playing internal politics and constant downgrading of employees. Read other comments on birdseye and glassdoor. Look elsewhere, there is no future for anyone here. I can't say enough about the cons of this company (formerly known as LED Concepts Inc.) Pros - Pay was decent initially, but my dignity was not for sale. 8-5 weekdays without having to stay longer hours. Nice co-workers."
