"Have some project management skills on hand to explore. If your an engineer have basic concepts of cellular devices."

What don't you like about working at C Squared Systems?

"The company does not compensate for over time and their are no bonuses. 40 or 60 you'll always be paid the same."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Compensate the hard workers at work. Meals are nice to have but a bonus would be a lot more appreciative."

"C Squared is a great company to work for if you are starting your career and don't want to stay more than a couple of years. Good to learn some basics at but not a place to stay for a long time. Upper management lacks compassion and desire to retain good workers for good wages. Owner can be quite a "handful" and is too much of a micro-manager for a CEO/Owner."
