"The CEO of the company often QAs work. The CEO of the company also calls shots in development. Lead and management positions are just now being put into place at ByDesign (Dec 2012). You cannot trust your manager or your lead with Career advice."

"Do not allow the CEO to QA work. Get new management (leads and management). Have a class on professional conduct at the work place for all management including the CEO. Teach trust in the company."
