"My entire time with By-Dzign I found the company to be incredibly disorganized. It was a constant work in progress that absolutely no one was committed to, and a lot of things went undone, or un-addressed, or undelivered thanks to the lack of organization. They couldn't learn from their mistakes and consistently blamed the wrong people for things that went wrong."
