Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to drop all prior engagements (even if it's your wedding) to work for these ladies, when they say, where they say, and however they say. If the pay was up to their demands, I wouldn't mind but for the amount they offer, you wouldn't be able to afford your gas driving there."

What don't you like about working at By Design Solutions?

"Very anal, micro-managed tasks, wanted the world but didn't want to pay for it. They were very insensitive to employees personal life and expected us to drop everything because upper management didn't want to take on additional duties."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more sensitive to your staff - there's no way someone can take a vacation working for you, even if they earned it."
