"I've worked for the company for just over 2 years, with 1.5 in the print department. If you are willing to work for your living, this place is average at best. The site is union controlled and there is little upward mobility. There is no AC on the factory floor. There is little room for innovation of any kind because over 95% of all "improvements" come from Corporate downwards."
