"I worked for BEI for 2 years. In the time that I worked there the focus shifted away from customer service and toward documentation. In my opinion, BEI is no longer a good place to work. The CEO has little to no loyalty to his employees. In his mind they are disposable at best. I dedicated myself fully to my position and I was discarded due to a health condition. They have also failed to define the culture of their workplace. Beyond staying quiet and not wearing cologne because 1 employee has deemed it offensive, there are really no rules on the help desk floor. It's like a kindergarten classroom."
