"Be yourself, be able to explain the benefits of having you as a consultant on their team."

"Trouble keeping all of their consultants busy, they focus on high level consulting work and they are missing a hug niche for less exepreicned consultants."

"Find more mid to low level consulting work, there are a lot of great people out there with minimal consultig exprience."
