"No work life balance. They want you to work 80 hours per week, and the management is awful."

"Treat your people like people. Care about them and lead. The group I worked for had the worst leadership I have been exposed to ever and I have worked for over 40 years."

"It was some times difficult to not feel as though I was just another number in the vast size of the company."

"Increase relationships between the Union employees and Management."

"The people, and the training was top notch"

"Sprint Nextel was an exciting company to work for. I enjoyed the interaction with the customer. Sprint was a leader in telecommunications and also had a lot of opportunities for certain people with special skills and also Ivy League Schools"

"Just be yourself and everything will work out."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"Work life balance at the company is not good. The expectations are to be available at all times and sometimes even working 6 days a week. The expectation is to work at least 10 years a day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Train Senior management to have compassion for their employees. Senior management should treat people with respect and not like just a number. Sensitivity training is needed and also beginning to use the training not come back the same."

"Don't bother...they advertise the position as something great and once your done with training and actually on the floor...it's like night & day."

"The fact that you're really not an account manager...you're a glorified telemarketer. Management does care about the employees all they can about it covering themselves with corporate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of your current managers & most of your account managers and start again. This time hire quality managers and reputable account managers...it may take a while but you will eventually have a quality operation."

"I liked building the relationships with my clients and took pride in keeping clients for over 10 years. They were a great company to work for until they got to large then they no longer seemed to care about their employees any longer."
