"This company uses employees income as a means to maximize profits. They found a loophole that allows them not to pay over time when working past midnight in California. If you work past midnight they put you on what they call call back, which is the basic pay you receive as if you just started a new day.. Another way they found to not pay overtime is they move holidays like Thanksgiving to any day they feel like and then when you are forced to work on the real holiday they again pay you call back pay. I have worked for more than fifty years with 20 years of that for the Navy, did 3 tours of Viet Nam, and every war since, never got a case of PTSD until I worked for Burroughs.. I was yelled at and told to go home by one of Burroughs clients and the management just said to get over it. This was diagnosed by a doctor. They force you to work overtime without paying the overtime by putting you on call for one hour paid for every 4 hours of on call. They moved a tech up to be supervisor who had no training as a leader. He is a micro manager with constant threats of punishment. I recently got an injury that kept me from working, they used this as an excuse to fire me. After 6 years with the company I was caught off guard by this. This is the worse job I have had in my more than fifty years of work."
