"I worked for BURRANA for a period of one-year, as this company is a fairly new name in the field of In-flight Entertainment Audio/Video that I worked as a Product Support Specialist. I felt the company was not well-positioned to compete in the field due to lack of experienced management and, a lack of clearly defined goals. The CEO had years of strong experience in the Avionics/Aerospace Industry but, some of his appointed Managers did not which, created a lot of overall doubt in the viability of the company at our location. Also, the company was clearly underfunded as the CEO lamented at the general salary range at our site. It seemed we were only valued for our experience and we would be eventually let go. This was due to BURRANA purchased the business and approximately 50 employees from Colllins Aerospace which sold and divested itself of the In-flight Audio/Video Entertainment business."
